Etempa Web Solutions started as a small enterprise, being run alongside a university degree. During this time, a small portfolio of websites and web applications was built up.
In 2012, Etempa Web Solutions became a limited company and became the full time focus of Pippa, managing director and software engineer.
Since then, Etempa Web Solutions has grown in size, now comprising of a small, experienced team. Our software developers are also our project managers, so clients always talk directly with those coding their system.
We have the capability and capacity to take on a wide range of projects, large and small, from small business websites to complex web applications.
Managing Director and Lead Web Developer
Pippa has over 10 years of coding experience in a wide range of languages, specialising in web programming (especially PHP, MySQL and Javascript).
She can confidently manage a project from start to finish and enjoys finding bespoke solutions to complicated problems.
When not developing the next big thing, she's often found riding and driving her two black fluffy ponies.
Director and Company Secretary
Previously a partner in a solicitors' firm and Company Secretary at two FTSE-250 listed companies, Ros looks after the company's admin, finance and legal work.
She keeps the company in good working order on a day to day basis and provides all our clients with clear and concise contracts.
Spare time is a luxury for Ros, but she enjoys swimming and gardening when she's not busy managing property.
Lead Web Developer
Lucy left her job as a stage manager to move closer to family and embraced a change of career at the same time.
She works alongside Pippa, managing projects, leading the development team and being a port of call to our clients, alongside her own work in both front end and back end development.
Lucy is a keen theatre lover and enjoys a wide variety of productions. She is also a member of a local choir and enjoys spending time with family.
Senior Web Developer
Lindsey is an economics graduate turned software developer and joined Etempa in Spring 2016 to focus on web development.
She is confident working with both front end design and back end development jobs and can confidently manage projects from their infancy to completion making her an excellent asset to our development team.
In her spare time, Lindsey is a keen football fan, supporting her home town club, Norwich City.
Office Manager
Sam joined us in the summer of 2020 to assist Etempa with our ever growing work load and is often the first person you'll speak to when you ring or email us.
Communications, HR, finance, admin - Sam wears a lot of hats and is invaluable support in helping us do what we love.
Coming from her previous role in the travel industry, Sam loves to explore the world. When she's not jet setting however, she has her hands full looking after her daughter, dog, cat, sheep and alpacas!
Senior Web Developer and Graphic Designer
Wanting a change of direction from her job as a trader in London, Hannah joined us in late 2019, keen to persue a career as a developer.
Not only is Hannah an experience developer across the board, she is our graphic designer and is constantly wowing clients with her creative designs and work with 3D models.
Hannah's spare time is taken up with playing the piano, singing and running - not always all at the same time.
Web Developer
We first met Adrian when he came to do his T-Level placement in 2023. We couldn't bear to see him go at the end of the placement so he is now working towards his digital apprenticeship with us.
Adrian is a quick learner and already has a broad range of experience across the web development landscape. He throws himself into any challenge and comes up with novel solutions.
When Adrian is not working, we enjoys playing football and going to the gym. He's even gone viral on TikTok!
